From my recent Yosemite frustrations with this issue, it seems to be outgoing gmail server (and authentication- related ). The following alert message will appear:Click on "Take all accounts online" to resolve the issue. The account name is greyed out and doesn't seem to respond to anything!What does the icon mean and what can I do to revive the address and use it? I have checked all my mail settings and not sure what is going on.
