I am still curious about getting a boot screen like the DellEFIBootMaker if anyone has ideas on that. In EasyBCD, OSX MODE (in Add/Remove Entries) is noted as MBR and NOT EFI !!! ... Or should it just start working if OS X is already running properly? Two OS on a 16G must be tight.

I think the Chameleon bootloader assumes that OSX is installed on partition 2 (marked active/boot) so if you don't have it there, it won't work.
