Are non-English speakers better protected from (international) phishing? I tried several fonts, eg Cambria (my favourite one), a latex-font within the package kpfonts and a matlab-font Palatino. Hope it solves the problem from a different approach.

Matlab Saveas This appeared to apply equally for figures exported with 'print', 'hgexport', or 'export_fig' The error in the TexShop log file indeed mentioned about the CMSY10 font. I am running into the problem using your latexfigure.m function. Still get the error message below.
